Abstracts must be submitted Online.

Final Date for Submission of AbstractsFriday, Mar 1, 2020 23:59 (Beijingtime).

Oral Presentations:

Oral presentations will be judged at the meeting and selection will be determined by the CSI Conference Committee. All decisions by the CSI Conference Committee are final.

Poster Presentations:

Poster presentation will be presented at their scheduled times during the poster sessions. Posters must be mounted on the correct numbered boards insert dates and time range and must be left in place for the entire scheduled poster session.


GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

1. Abstracts require about 300 words.     
Abstracts must adequately describe the research performed so that the quality, originality, design, analysis, and completeness of the work can be evaluated. Only structured abstracts with the following headings can be submitted.

6. gd T cell function in cancer (Bruno Silva-Santos & Massimo Massaia)

7. gd T cells in immunotherapy (Dieter Kabelitz, Zhinan Yin & Francesco Dieli)

8. gd T cells in diseases (Jun Yan, Zheng Chen & Ilan Bank)


a. Objective/PurposeAn introductory sentence indicating the objective and purpose of the study

b. Design: A briefly worded description of the study design
c. Materials and Methods: A description of experimental procedures including applicable statistical evaluation

d. ResultsA summary of the new, previously unpublished data and results

e. ConclusionsA statement of the study’s conclusions

2. Abbreviations: Only popular abbreviations are accepted

3. Listing Author in abstract: Give name followed by Family name (e.g. John Smith)

4. Figures, Tables and Graphics: Not recommended.

5. AUTHOR DISCLOSURES:

Poster or Oral Presentation:                                                            
Abstracts will be considered for oral presentation by the 2020 CSI Conference committee. Abstracts not selected for oral presentation will be presenting a poster presentation.

Oral presentations will be 15 minutes followed by 5 minutes of discussion. The first or presenting author must provide the selected presentation with Powerpoint format to the conference management center at least three hours before his/her session.

Poster Preparation Instructions:                                                                              
Posters must be mounted on the appropriate boards on Time and Date and must be left in place for the entire Conference. Posters are not to be taken down. CSI cannot be responsible for removing or returning posters. Posters left behind will be discarded. Poster size is 3 ft x 4 ft (0.9m x 1.2 m)

Withdrawal: If for any reason an abstract must be withdrawn from the conference, a written notice must be submitted by the attendee/presenter stating the reasons, along with his/her signature. Once received and acknowledged, a withdraw confirmation email will be sent. Once the abstract is ready for submission, please refer to the submissions tab under the abstract drop down menu.
